Service Academies are designed to building capabilities at both the frontline and support units through training. The focus is to increase the kind of interactions that lead to positive moments at the frontline by building the right service competencies and develop the ability to respond to the unique circumstances of each internal and external client.

  1. Service Academy: the ability to respond to the unique circumstances of each client (3 days / 24 hours)
